Along with web design I worked in the IT (Information Technology) field for over a decade. Holding a Bachelors of Science specializing in Computer Information Systems, I have use my skill and knowledge to provide IT services and consultation to clients. Often Parish offices need help with their digital infrastructure, I can provide services in the following areas:
- New hardware (computers, printers, scanners, etc.) consultation and installation.
- Installation of an office network. This includes configuration of network devices (routers/switches), running network cable and setting up a wireless (WiFi) network.
- Software installation such as Microsoft Office, Account software, anti-virus software and others.
- I can provide support in both Windows and Mac based environments.
- Installation and configuration of telecom systems, including mobile set up and configuration (iPhones, Android, tablets).
